My bff Sydney came over the other day with her new baby sister Megan. Megan slept and Kailtyn watched curiously while we played. Since our first encounter when we were just little tikes, we have grown very fond of each other. Our moms have even said that we ask for each other when too much time has passed between our playdates. I can't wait for May when we take swim class together again!
Here we are playing Ring Around the Rosey,
teaching each other to read,
and balancing cups on our feet... what fun we have!
Kaitlyn is 7 months old and is now eating 3 meals a day with the family. She is also in her high chair - mine actually, but I don't mind if she uses it. No more bumbo chair for meals! Wow she is growing up fast!
Mom finally caught her smiling... isn't she precious - you can actually see that she has a lower lip!! (She always tucks it in.) And I am pretty sure I am the one who made her smile.
