Play time

There's a new super hero in town but we are not sure what her name is yet... any thoughts? Pink hat, green cape, bulging belly, helps keep parents and sisters in line... what should she be called?
This is the great fun I have when my grandparents come for a visit. Grandpa Dallas is so creative. We play inside and even go outside for walks and wagons rides. I love having my sister tag along. What did you say Jessa? You like having me around? Sometimes you have a funny way of showing it. For example, the other day you gave me a toy and mom was so proud of you but by the time the words came out of your mouth, you grabbed it right out of my hand. Guess you don't want me to get too comfortable.
What? I can't hear you though all the yelling! Boy you are a loud sister!
Aaahhh... much better.

Dad, I think she did a toot!
I really impressed mom and dad tonight with my version of the ABC song. I can get most of the letters and even try to sing the few phrases at the end. I can also say my numbers 1-10 - who knew a 22 month old could retain and recite so much information? Plus, I can open and clse doors in our house now. Watch out cause here I come!

My sister is now sleeping through the night consistantly and everyone in the house is loving it! She is making more sounds and at her 6 month check-up last week she weighed 15 lbs 8 oz (50th percentile) and was 27.5 inches long (75th percentile). I am holding steady at 30 lbs and won't know how much I have grown until my two year check-up.
