Today the Seahawks played (if that is what you call it) and we sported our new Seahawk clothes. Thanks to Uncle Neal and Rafeeka, we all have Seahawk shirts, except mom.
I am posing for the camera... work it!
Dad is all smiles before they started to play - Kaitlyn is all smiles all the time. Bummer weekend for our dad as the Dawgs lost and the Seahawks lost. We won't post the after the game picture. heehee
Ok - so here is the update on our new school - we are finally, after 2 weeks, starting to really like it. The first week was really hard on both of us as well as mom and dad. Lack of naps and many tears were the culprit. I started saying "I don't want to go to school" earlier and earlier. (One morning I even said it as soon as I woke up!) Sister is going through the usual separation anxiety and cries for about 90 seconds when dropped off. Me, I cried for a few mornings but now just say "good-bye!" We get to do art work, listen to stories, play outside, and fun stuff like that. Here is sister's first piece.
Our teachers always have wonderful reports each day. And I have a new best friend - her name is Riley. She isn't there everyday but I look forward to when she is. We lay on a mat together and share a blanket during nap time. Plus, twice a week Emily and Ashley go to Pre-school in the morning so we get to see each other for a little while. It's great!

Here is my first apple project.
In other notes - Sister tried feeding herself mashed potatoes (she loves finger foods) and, well...can anyone say potato head? They are supposed to go in your mouth silly!
Sister is really trying to have conversations and mom and dad are really working with her on walking. She stands by herself a lot but just won't let go still. But she does have a new word or words to say... she can say "look it!" when she points to things. It is really cute - even for a sister!
